The location of this budget guesthouse is great for exploring the traditional market area as it is very close to the subway station. Getting around was easy, even though on weekdays the metro closes around 11 PM. the rooms are huge and spacious, with functioning electrical fittings and great water pressure in the bathroom. the service is wonderful, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was entirely adequate.
The hotel is poorly sign-posted, making it difficult for taxi drivers to locate.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel in the historical centre of Dubai. The antique-style decoration of the rooms added a charming touch to the overall ambiance. The staff were friendly and attentive to details, ensuring that my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel's location amidst narrow alleys provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Furthermore, the hotel was well situated near a Metro station, making it convenient to explore the city.
Everything was perfect!

Great complementary breakfast and lovely courtyard. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions.
The facilities were outdated and not well-maintained. The room was small and cramped, and the air conditioning unit was noisy.

The room was fantastic with clean and new acessories. Its worth the price. The staff was friendly, very co-operative and professional.
1) The place a bit remote to find even by the locals with gps... It needs more proper signages. 2) Facilities like SPA and Gym will be much much help to promote the place.

My daughter and I liked that it is in the heart of the souqs and close to an abra station to go across the creek, and that it is a heritage house, with a lovely central covered courtyard. To us, it was the heart of Dubai, and right next door to the first school and residence which have been turned in to a museum. There is a metro station within walking distance also. The service was good and the staff were very helpful.

The Al Hijaz Motel in Dubai exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with authentic furniture that made me feel like I was in a museum. The breakfast menu was delicious, and I loved the set menu for dinner. The lobby and gallery added a unique touch to the hotel, and the free museum visit was a bonus. The location was perfect, with the metro station just steps away and the historical center of Dubai nearby. The pick-up service from the airport was convenient and included in the room price. I also enjoyed the authentic Arabian restaurant in the hotel's area.
Didn't dislike anything.

We stayed at a charming guesthouse that was beautifully restored with a central courtyard. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and filling. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the spice and gold souks as well as the local transportation options.
Although we enjoyed the ambiance, the early morning call to prayer from the nearby mosque woke us up earlier than we had planned. the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in our room.

The Al Hijaz Motel in Dubai was incredibly accessible, located in the middle of the district. The guest house had a beautiful ambiance and originality, giving a traditional feel. It was conveniently situated in the old town, close to the gold and spice souks. The nearby metro station added to its accessibility and efficiency.
Nothing, it is perfect.

During our stay at the Ahmedia Heritage Guesthouse, we experienced the unique charm of old Dubai. The traditional Emirates house with beautiful courtyards created a rustic and authentic atmosphere. The location near the Gold Souk allowed us to explore the narrow lanes and immerse ourselves in the local culture. The staff were attentive and caring, and the breakfast provided was satisfactory. Though there were a few minor drawbacks, such as intermittent hot water and noise from the call to prayers, these added to the experience of living in the heart of the old town. I would recommend this hotel for those seeking a different and authentic stay in Dubai.

Ahmedia Heritage Guesthouse was a hidden gem in the heart of old Dubai. The location was unbeatable, with the spice and gold souks just a short walk away. It felt like stepping back in time to experience the authentic Dubai of 100 years ago. The guesthouse had a rustic charm, with traditional decorations and a huge padlock on the room door. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, helping us with our luggage and recommending nearby restaurants like Al Bait and Aden Restaurant. The bathroom was spacious, with both hot and cold water and a great shower. The amenities, including the soaps, shampoo, towels, and washcloths. our stay at Ahmedia Heritage Guesthouse was a refreshing and unique experience that enhanced our time in Dubai. Highly recommended!
